From the knowledge passed down through generations, First Nations People have managed and cared for the environment ensuring balance and moderation in all things.
There is respect and a knowing that forms our connection with the Earth's higher conciousnes that is inherent within the culture.
'Maamungun' meaning friend or Countryman) acts as a metaphore in demonstrating that same harmony amongst species that ensures balance and survival.
